Return Policy:


If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately at 1-800-616-0667 or email us at sales@classicsaunaproducts.com so we can promptly resolve it for you.


We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products sold on ClassicSaunaProducts.com. Our customers have been happy with quality and design of the products. Our return rate is less than 0.1%. If you do have to make a return, please call us or email us to get "Return Authorization" before returning any items. We will make arrangements with shipping carrier to pick up the merchandise from your location. Please get "Return Authorization" within 30 days of your purchase. We will not accept return merchandise bought beyond 30 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in new condition. In the event of a return, the purchase price of your product will be refunded, less return shipping costs . In case of a return, please do the following:


  • Pack all merchandise in its original box (as you received) with all the cushioning (packing material) properly.
  • Contact Classic Sauna customer service for a return request and authorization.
  • We will make arrangements with our discounted carrier to pick up the merchandise from your location( You can also use your own shipping carrier).
  • Once we receive the merchandise, our warehouse inspectors will inspect the item for any damage, use etc.
  • Full Credit (minus shipping charges for shipping back to us) amount will be mailed to you.
  • All returns must include Customer Sales Receipt ,Return Authorization from Classic Sauna products, Damaged Items and Shortage Claims.


Note:- Damaged items (during transit back to us) cannot be refunded. It can be shipped back to you at your expense.
If you refuse to receive any item delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than externally visible damaged merchandise, the item shall be treated as a return and return shipping charges shall be applied to you.
Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items.

Please make sure the shipping boxes are not damaged. Inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt, open box if necessary. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-800-616-0667. Failure to notify Classic Sauna Products within the established time frame will result in the owner taking full responsibility for cost of ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS including shipping and handling fees.

Gift Cards: Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

A Cancellation fee will be applied for orders placed if the following criteria are not met:

Cancellation arrangements must be made by phone or email with a company representative. Cancellations must be made the same day the order was placed, during business hours of 8:00am to 6:00pm PST

  • CANCELLATION FEE:
  • VISA / MASTERCARD - 3% OF TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE.
  • AMERICAN EXPRESS / DISCOVER - 3.5% OF TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE.


If you cancel the order after we shipped the merchandise then you will be obligated for the shipment charges to and from your location.
